1. Who we are

This website, braverings.co.za, is operated by Brave Rings ("brave.", "we", "us"), based in Pretoria, South Africa. Contact us at hello@braverings.co.za.

2. Using this site

By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

3. Products

Our rings are made of tungsten carbide. Tungsten carbide is extremely hard and cannot be resized. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, using real, unenhanced photography. Natural inlays such as wood and antler vary slightly from ring to ring.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We do not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.

5. Orders and stock

Stock is limited. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. If an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs after you order, we'll contact you and either offer an alternative or refund you in full.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds in our Refund policy. Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving it.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or any other South African law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Intellectual property

The brave. name, logo, product names, photography and written content on this site belong to Brave Rings and may not be used without our permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
