Returns & exchanges.
Wrong size?
We'll exchange it. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@braverings.co.za. The ring must be unworn and in its original packaging. We'll arrange the exchange and cover the return shipping.
Changed your mind?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The ring must be unworn and in its original packaging. We'll process a full refund once we've received and inspected the return.
Arrived damaged?
That shouldn't happen — but if it does, email us at hello@braverings.co.za with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it out immediately, no questions asked.
Important — tungsten carbide cannot be resized.
