Returns, exchanges and refunds

We keep this simple. No fine print. No surprises.

Wrong size

We'll exchange it. Email hello@braverings.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. The ring must be unworn and in its original packaging (ring, box and card). We'll arrange the exchange and cover the return shipping. Exchanges depend on the new size being in stock; if it isn't, we'll offer a full refund instead.

Changed your mind

Email us within 7 days of receiving your order. The ring must be unworn and in its original packaging. Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

Arrived damaged or defective

Email us a photo at hello@braverings.co.za within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out immediately. This doesn't limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act if a defect appears later.

Please note: tungsten carbide cannot be resized

Measure carefully before ordering using our ring size guide. If you're between sizes, go up.
